[문제 발생]
can't connect to mysql server on 'localhost'
mariadb 서버 연결이 되지 않아 오류가 발생하였다고 추측하였다.
[해결 과정]
cmd창에 서비스를 검색, 서비스창을 연다.
해당 Mysql / MariaDB를 선택하여 시작버튼을 누른다.
